2008 Lifeline Adopt a Family…
October 2008
During the year, we raised money by donating a gold coin every Friday to our donation tin. In exchange for our gold coin we were allowed to wear casual clothes to work instead of our usual uniform. It was a really enjoyable way to end a busy week at the office and contribute to a good cause. With the money raised and by additional donations from staff, we were able to donate a Christmas hamper of food and toys for a local disadvantaged family.
Lifeline has thanked our team for the donation of the hamper and sent us the following letter. lifeline letter.doc

Sam Ford Fundraising…
June 2011
The KL Legal staff were pleased to be involved in raising funds for a cause close to our hearts. We raised funds through gold coin donations on casual Fridays for a young member of our local community, Sam Ford who requires ongoing support and rehabilitation after an act of violence against him resulted in brain injuries. The funds will be used to support Sam in his rehabilitation at home in Cabarita Beach.
